The Honorable Ron Natinsky

 

Ron recently served 6 years on the Dallas City Council and was Chairman of the Economic Development and International Committee. He was also instrumental in creating the city's regional center and EB5 program. He has spent 40 years involved in international business in all parts of the world. With over 80 trips to mainland China along with business experience in Europe, Central and South American he is well versed in the cultural and business aspects of the international business community. Ron understands that to be successful in the international scene that it starts with building strong relationships.

 

Being a serial entrepreneur and having started over 12 businesses himself, he understands business. His broad business experiences give him a first hand understanding and high level of respect.

 

Ron has a broad list of civic accomplishments including serving on the board of directors of the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Trinity Trust, the Trinity Commons, the Dallas Maritime Museum  and many other business and civic organizations.

 

He also was Chairman of the Regional Transportation Council which governed the 12 county area in North Texas. The RTC was responsible for billions of dollars in transportation infrastructure in the region along with setting governance policies. There are over 250 cities located in the RTC governance region and Ron continues to have close ties to the Mayors and Council Members in the region. 

 

When the words international, transportation or economic development are mentioned, Ron is considered the 'go to' guy. During his public service career he has been involved in projects that range from hundreds of millions of dollars to upwards of $3 Billion US in cost. He clearly understands the business aspects of putting a deal together where all parties come out winners.

Ting Whai Lee


Tingwhai Lee has served as the Vice President of Greater Dallas Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce for the past 5 years and is appointed by the City Council of the City of Grand Prairie as the Ambassador-at-Large for International Trades and Relations.


At the Greater Dallas Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce, he plays a leading role in the International Student Exchange Program that brings student from Taiwan to Dallas-area high schools and sends high school students from Dallas to Taiwan for two weeks. In order to continuously support the student exchange program, he initiated a nonprofit organization, “Greater Dallas International Foundation,” to raise funds for the student exchange program.


Tingwhai helped his wife, Helene, run Sunray Chinese School in Arlington for 16 years. She served as principal, and he later became the President of Sunray Chinese School. He still oversees the Sunray Chinese School in Carrollton, which has more than 1000 students from K4 up to 12th graders come in during weekends to study Chinese, English and mathematics.


In recent years Tingwhai has also stepped up in his involvement with local youths. Since 2009 he has served as the director of the Dallas-Fort Worth Chinese Youth Camp, where youths 8 to 18 years old gather at the University of Texas at Arlington for a week long stay to learn about Chinese culture and build community-wide fellowship. TingWhai has been involved with the camp since 1993 and as director helps train the teenage staff. Over his years of service he has led and watched over hundreds of teenagers.

William Tsao

William Tsao is a registered engineer and a longtime businessman. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Fort Worth Airport. He previously served on the Board of Directors for DART, Dallas Area Rapid Transit. William is very active in the community and serves on several non-profit boards. He was previously President of the Greater Dallas Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce. As a businessman, William understands the need for a great education as a tool to being successful. He frequently travels to both Taiwan and China and has deep ties into the business and governmental communities. He is active with several Executive MBA programs that have ties to the DFW area.
